Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Oregon Department of Transportation's Yaquina Bay Dolphin Replacement Project in Newport, Oregon
In accordance with regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued a renewal incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for authorization to take marine mammals incidental to construction activities for the Yaquina Bay Dolphin Replacement Project in Newport, Oregon.
