Certain Paper Shopping Bags From Taiwan: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain paper shopping bags (paper bags) from Taiwan for the period of review (POR) January 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Commerce preliminarily finds that Haur Tyi Paper Bag Co., Ltd (Haurtyi) did not make sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. Additionally, we are rescinding this review, in part, with respect to five companies for which all requests for review were withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
