Notice of Decision To Deregulate Chrysanthemum White Rust and the Importation of Chrysanthemum spp. Cuttings, and In Vitro Plantlets, and Synonymous Taxa From Certain Countries Into the Continental United States
We are advising the public of our decision to deregulate Chrysanthemum White Rust and authorize the importation of Chrysanthemum spp. cuttings, in vitro plantlets, and synonymous taxa from certain countries into the continental United States as described in this notice. Based on the findings of the pest risk analyses, which we made available to the public for review and comment through a previous notice, we modified and updated the commodity import evaluation and pest list documents and determined that the importation of Chrysanthemum spp. cuttings, in vitro plantlets, and synonymous genera from certain countries does not pose a risk of introducing quarantine pests into the United States.
