Loans to Executive Officers, Directors, and Principal Shareholders of Member Banks: Bank Holding Companies
On August 4, 2026, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) published in the Federal Register a proposal that would update Regulation O, the Board's rule governing loans by member banks to their insiders and insiders of their affiliates.
